I'm not going to hit you with some fake "genetics blessed" story.

At 16, I was super skinny, around 50kg, and I had zero confidence. I was insecure, constantly comparing myself to other guys, and genuinely felt like no matter how much I ate or how hard I trained, nothing changed.

Fast forward to now: I'm 5'7", 75kg, and I stay 10–12% body fat year-round, not for a photoshoot… as my normal.

But here's the important part:

I didn't get here by doing extreme cuts, dirty bulks, or living like a robot.

Over 6 years, I went from 50kg → 75kg, and I've been as heavy as 80kg while still sitting around ~14% body fat. The truth is, it took me years of experimenting to figure out what actually works for a hard gainer, and the last 3 years I've had it properly dialled.
